This is a legal and binding contract between above listed
buyer and Cindy Fansler, owner of Misty Ridge Yorkies &
Biewers. On _______day of _________, 20__, listed buyer
paid $_______ For _________________Rg #__________
pup of ____________dam and _____________sire.
Health guarantee is for first year of ownership, and covers only life
threatening disorders that can NOT be treated with medications
and/or surgery. Listed Buyer agrees to have listed pup vet
checked within 72 hours of purchase, And must email or postal
mail a copy of the vet visit for the guarantee to be valid. If
vet finds any life threatening disorders, listed buyer must
provide seller with a vet confirmation of said disorder. Listed
buyer will have the choice of replacing the pup if so desired.
(NO CASH REFUND). Listed buyer will be responsible for ALL
VET COSTS concerning said disorder.
If pup dies in the first year of ownership , confirmation from
your vet and verified by my vet stating that it was a life
threatening congenital defect that caused said death in order
for guarantee to be valid. ALL health concerns that can be
treated with medications and/or surgery are NOT covered in
this guarantee. These include LP(Luxating Patella), kennel
cough, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, Hernias, non-descending
testicles, Ability to breed, Ears not standing, An improper bite,
Giardia, worms, fleas, adult size, or any other illness or disease
that can be treated with medication and or surgery. It is recommended
that you use bottled water and that the pup must be fed Life’s
Abundance Premium Dog Food, which can be purchased here at
www.trilogyonline.com/cindyscaninecreations for first year in order for
guarantee to be valid.
Pup should be kept warm, clean, and dry. Don’t let pup get
a chill.
Buyer: Buyer agrees that if at anytime he/she decides
to sell pup that they offer Seller first chance to re buy said
pup. ALL vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
Seller: Seller takes no responsibility for said pup after
purchase other than responsibilities Listed above.
Leave food and water available at all times till pup is 6
months old, as it takes a while for their systems to regulate
and for them to realize when they are hungry and when they
are full. If after 6 months you decide to schedule feed it is
recommended to feed 3 times a day till 1 year old and 2 times
a day after 1 year old. Pup Peroni is a great treat that can be
